ITYAAN App Privacy Policy

Read this document to understand how the app ITYAAN App uses data and respects user privacy.

ITYAAN is a Multilanguage solution designed to be compliant with hygienic precautions, reduces employee’s health risk of sharing the fingerprint sensors for attendance, minimizes the risk of workplaces becoming centers of diseases’ transmission and ensures appropriate plans in place in case of employees are on vacation, quarantined or infected.

It is also a flexible solution covering remote and on premises work. The system use the employee’s mobile for Android devices for attendance. ITYAAN will be using state of art methods to ensure the security and authenticity of the verification.

Companies whose to assign tasks to their employees are the target audience. The app does not need access to paid content or services. This app is meant for One Company usage, and it is meant for the respective company's employees. How do users obtain an account? User should sign up via android app. Their request will reach to Company administrator. Next, administrator of company will assign to employer about their jobs and assignment on a specific time This app will primarily be distributed in Saudi Arabia.
All info will be processed by Employee Company and they will protect employee Info.

Permission Info

ITYAAN will need to allow below permission to check user attendance time management.

Location(GPS and network-based)

When user make attendance by using Biometric Authentication or QR Code, App will get your current location based on GPS or Network. These location Info will be used to check your correct working station.

Phone

To sign up and check not Robot, App will need to get phone number verification code. Via SMS, you will get 4 length verification code and Need to enter correct otp code

Photos/Media/Files Storage Camera

To update User profile image, User can take photo with Camera or Storage.

This photo will be appeared in App and another people will see your avatar image

Wi-Fi connection information

ITYAAN is making Attendance based on Wi-Fi SSID. So, when user start working, they will use correct WIFI. These Info will be used to check Wifi Verification

WIFI SSID will be used to check correct position

Bluetooth NFC

ITYAAN will scan all BEACON Info and will deicde correct working position.Also, with phone NFC Attendance, User can make correct attendance
